About
俳優、音楽家
慶應義塾大学文学部英米文学専攻（20世紀アメリカ文学・ポピュラー音楽）卒業後、2016年新国立劇場演劇研修所へ入所。
修了後は舞台・TVでの俳優活動のほか、2019年には音楽活動も開始。
以後舞台作品・ミュージカル、CMの作曲や楽曲提供を行う。
ジャズギタリスト田中亮輔とのデュオプロジェクトではヴォーカルとギターを担当。
また俳優・演劇教育のエッセンスを演劇界を越えた一般社会にも応用、共有したいとの願いから子どもたちを対象にした教育分野にも従事。
今後は、文化や言語の垣根を越えた国際的な舞台芸術作品に参加し、多文化・多言語間における橋渡しの役割を果たしたいと志している。
After graduating from Keio University with a degree in English and American literature, specializing in 20th-century American literature and popular music, Kousuke Fukumoto joined the prestigious New National Theatre’s drama training program in 2016.
Since completing his training, Kousuke has been active in both theater and television, showcasing his versatile talent. In 2019, he expanded his creative horizons by embarking on a music career, contributing compositions and songs for stage productions, musicals, and commercials.
Passionate about sharing the essence of acting and theatrical education beyond the stage, he is also dedicated to working in the educational sector, inspiring children through the arts.
Looking ahead, Kousuke aspires to participate in international performing arts projects that transcend cultural and linguistic boundaries, bridging diverse communities through the power of performance.
